MACNAUGHT 18V POWERGUN ADAPTER
NO MORE MESS This adapter makes greasing hassle free. It converts the old 450g pull off cartridges into the new 500g screw cartridges for the Macnaught grease gun (Australia/New Zealand Models). The metal plunger cartridge will no longer be required.
1) Simply remove the metal cartridge and insert the Macnaught adapter with a 24mm socket.
2) Torque to 25Nm, the adapter will remain in the gun permanently.
3) Insert the KAJO screw thread cartridge and prime gun as below.
4) To prime the gun, put pressure on the bottom of the cartridge and press the bleed button simultaneously. Repeat until grease exits bleeder.
No further bleeding is required once the first cartridge is correctly primed.
*Not compatible with Macnaught manual grease guns*
TOP TIP - When changing cartridges, press white cartridge plunger until grease is pushed out the top to eliminate air pockets.
