KAJO HD 800-2 is a heavy duty grease NLGI 2 lithium-calcium complex + 3% molybdenum disulphide (moly) solids.
Particularly recommended for lubricating pins and bushings (plain bearings) on excavators and other construction, earthmoving, and agricultural equipment.
A heavy duty tacky grease with added polymers & tackifiers to avoid 'squeeze out' from surfaces under high loading conditions and remains in place.
The addition of moly solid lubricants to HD-800 increases the greases effectiveness in specific high stress or load applications, making it perfect for the mining & construction industries. Also provides extra anti-wear protection on components that are less frequently greased.

TOP TIP - When changing cartridges, press white cartridge plunger until grease is pushed out the top to eliminate air pockets.
KAJO 500g cartridges contain 10% more grease, reducing the number of changes and saving time.
